SNMV FDP Team members went to SACOn on Feb 16, 2013 organized by Megalatha mam (MIB) with Francis Xavier

We started from Gandhipuram and reached SACON by morning. We had activities which made us to realize that

• Everyone has different way of thinking,
• Patience is important,
• Team work, communication and Coordination is very important,
• The way we get tempted and because of which we do some errors even when the problem is small and simple,
• Motivation is very important and 
• Time Management

We had trekking too, where Francis Xavier who guided us gave us important tips of what we should do and we shouldn't if lost in a forest. And most importantly small things that we should obsere while walking
Dr. Pramod (Senior Scientist, SACON) gave us some of the success stories which made us to realize how much a teacher plays a role in a student's life. He also gave us an view of how our brain forgets things and remember things by imagination.
We left SACON back to Gandhipuram by evening.

It was a memorable day, as it was not learning new things but, recalling the forgotten things. And age doesnt matter its how we feel makes the difference.
